Mini-Soccer Squads

Yatton Junior Football Club is a member of the North Somerset Mini Football League.

What is Mini-Soccer?

The Football Association introduced Mini-Soccer in September 1999. The FA deems Mini-Soccer the most appropriate and fun introduction to football. Essentially it means smaller pitches, smaller goals and fewer players on each team. This further means that all players get more touches on the ball and are therefore able to develop football skills more quickly.

Who is it for?

Yatton Junior Football Club have teams starting at Under 6 (Year 1) through to Under 10 (Year 5), made up with boys and girls.
